&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1楼照片“1900年美国驻大清国公使馆全景”的注释有误（原文为美国国会图书馆标注），经查应是1902年（1903年？）或以后所拍摄，为美国公使馆卫队兵营区。特此更正。

本楼的"美国公使馆兵营"照片（右侧的兵营楼窗为12扇，楼房的西墙与营区大门尚有一段距离）拍摄时间应早于1楼和3楼照片（照片中的楼房西墙与大门相连，此时的楼窗为14扇，改建年代不详）。<br/><br/>美国公使馆卫队兵营的修建年代，美国海军陆战队网页有如下记载：<br/>1901年2月，美国会拨出20000元购买东交民巷美旧公使馆西侧土地。4月，新使馆卫队兵营开始施工。<br/>此期间，美军驻扎在美国旧使馆未损坏部分。<br/><br/>

前门23号院。现在有百达翡丽全球第四家旗舰店。可惜里面的高级餐馆倒闭的差不多了。
