玉瓮亭石刻落款的疑问
<p>大家都知道北海有个团城，团城上边承光殿前有个玉瓮亭，柱子上有20几位翰林的诗。我周末在那拍了几张照片，好多没有拍清楚，能勉强分辨出来的有 德保 钱学群 嵩寿 张泰开 程景伊 李金（台）鄂容安 万松龄等，</p><p>有一处石刻落款 一个字非常奇怪 看着像周玉章。。。。但立字底下。。又像申字加一横：</p>

<p>哪位先生了解历史的 帮忙告诉一下：这人是谁？</p>
