<font face="Verdana">戒台寺<br/> 戒台寺位于北京市门头沟区的马鞍山上，始建于唐武德五年（公元622年），原名“慧聚寺”。辽代高僧法均在此建戒坛，四方僧众多来受戒，故又名戒坛寺,寺内因拥有全国最大的佛寺戒坛而久负盛名。</font> <font face="Verdana">戒台寺历史沿革<br/> 戒坛大殿平面呈正方形，长宽各26米，建筑面积676平方米，共有自然间数25间。殿高20余米，为重檐盝顶与四角攒尖式相结合的木结构建筑。大殿顶部四面呈坡形，正中部分是一个正方形的小平台，台上安有明成化十三年（1477年）由僧人德秀捐赠的铜质镀金宝顶，宝顶呈五塔形分布，中间一个高约5米，周围四个较小，造型浑厚庄严，具有藏传佛教的风格。殿顶上的上下檐之间有风廊环绕，便于殿顶的木质构件通风透气，防止糟朽，另一方面也便于日常的维修，这种风廊也是藏传佛教建筑的特点。两层檐的檐角皆挂有风铃，上层为圆形，下层为方形，象征着"天圆地方"。 入口前有疏散空间，是广场，无围墙。面临公路，无居民区。入口前有商贩，他们都在兜售香烟，山果（核桃）及自己在山上采集的东西，基本无行人逗留，逗留的人一般都是参观完后在小商贩的摊位前买核桃。建筑入口前没有留有供人逗留和疏散的空间，有专门的停车空间。 <br/></font><img 戒台寺外，摩崖造像群、摩崖刻字、石牌坊、墓塔群，以及众多神秘幽深的古洞，似众星捧月般地散布在红墙绿瓦的古刹周围，使戒台寺形成了一个方圆数里，既有巧夺天工，又有自然天成，景点众多，情趣各异的旅游名胜景区。 早在明代，"耍戒坛秋坡"就已经成为北京市民的传统风俗。今天的戒台寺风景区拥有齐全的旅游服务设施，并有公共汽车相通，是一处可以接待国内外各种旅游团体和中小型会议，理想的旅游休闲名胜景区。 </font></p><font face="Verdana"><p><br/> 寺院建筑格局独特，主要寺院殿堂坐西朝东，中轴线直指距离70公里的北京城，建筑样式基本是辽代风格。从千佛阁遗址往北拐，首先看到一个两进的四合院，院内幽雅清静，自清代以来，这里以种植丁香、牡丹闻名，尤其黑牡丹等稀有品种，更是锦上添花，故称牡丹院。清恭亲王奕欣曾在这里隐居10年。牡丹院的建筑风格别具特色，它将北京传统的四合院形式与江南园林艺术巧妙融合。寺内的戒坛，其规模是在辽咸雍年间形成的，人们称其为“天下第一坛”，是中国佛教史上最高等级的受戒之所，虽历尽沧桑，仍保存完好。 <br/> 戒台寺的古树名木甚多，仅国家保护级古树就达88棵，其中最著名的当属古松。这些古松或经人工修整，或自然天成，经过了千百年风霜雪雨的磨砺，形成了各种奇特的造形，具有很高的欣赏价值，是历代文人雅士赞咏的宠物，明清时期，"十大奇松"就已经闻名天下。 <br/> 戒台寺的后山为石灰岩构造，亿万年来在雨水的侵蚀下，形成了许多天然溶洞，洞中的石钟乳和石笋构成了千奇百怪，美不胜收的造型，"有龙跃、有鱼游、有狮坐，石乳所凝也"，给人们留下了无数神奇的传说和美丽的遐想。这里的部分山洞曾经过人工修整，而建成石窟寺，是当年寺内部分高僧静修的地方，像这样密集的石窟寺岩洞群，在北京地区，这里是绝无仅有的一处。 </p>

四合院的基本制式，围合出较为安静的空间，更适合禅的境界。 <br/> 碎石板路和斑驳的墙面组成一幅别样的画卷。 <br/> 两层檐的形式存在差别，形式马上变得丰富多彩。 <br/> 两座石塔之间充满了令人兴奋的景致。 <br/> 寺院建筑格局独特，主要寺院殿堂坐西朝东，中轴线直指距离70公里的北京城，建筑样式基本是辽代风格。从千佛阁遗址往北拐，首先看到一个两进的四合院，院内幽雅清静，自清代以来，这里以种植丁香、牡丹闻名，尤其黑牡丹等稀有品种，更是锦上添花，故称牡丹院。清恭亲王奕欣曾在这里隐居10年。牡丹院的建筑风格别具特色，它将北京传统的四合院形式与江南园林艺术巧妙融合。寺内的戒坛，其规模是在辽咸雍年间形成的，人们称其为“天下第一坛”，是中国佛教史上最高等级的受戒之所，虽历尽沧桑，仍保存完好。 <br/> 琉璃瓦和周围的绿植协调对应，一片其乐融融的景象。 <br/> 大殿的正门上方高悬着一块上写"选佛场 "三个漆金草书大字的横匾，原匾为民国初年的大总统袁世凯手书。门内的横枋上挂有清代乾隆皇帝手书"树精进幢"的金字横匾，内侧挂有康熙皇帝手书"清戒"二字的匾额。原来楹柱上还有一幅乾隆帝手书"遍洒醍醐成雨露，长留华藏闭山林"的对联，可惜今已不存。 <br/>
