Would you mind explaining "sha Dai" carry in Chinese (中文为何）please? I not only never ate it before but also understand the food, sorry. And "I like't reduce English words and idioms", I don't quite get the meaning, either. I am way outdated.

Jianbing is not the original Beijing food but Tianjin snack. In Tianjin they use Youtiao more than Baocui and they call "Youtiao" as "Guozi" .
